Since early 2006, farmers and restaurants in Columbia County have been working together through a Farm-to-Chef initiative. Several meetings co-hosted by Cornell Cooperative Extension, Columbia Hudson Partnership and Columbia County Chamber of Commerce have netted amazing results. In March 2007 Columbia County Bounty was launched.
